Warranty Coverage And Period For Vehicle Parts

1 Motor

Warranty period: 12 months (replacement within the first 6 months, maintenance within the next 6 months)

The Limited Warranty Does Not Include The Following:

1) Do not dismantle the motor without permission, otherwise it will not be warranty period.

2) Any products not sold on CHASEWIN.

3) Defects or damage caused by external factors, including severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, improper storage, stolen items, etc.

4) All human factors, including defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, use, maintenance, modification, upgrades, etc.

5) Normal wear and tear from normal storage or use.

6) Products with serial numbers or barcodes removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or illegible.

2 Battery

① Lead-acid battery

Warranty period: 12 months (Battery capacity decays by more than 50%, except for weather and human factors, replace within the first 6 months, change the maintenance within the next 6 months).

② Lithium-ion battery

Warranty period: 12 months (Battery capacity decays by more than 80%, except for weather and human factors, replace within the first 6 months, change the maintenance within the next 6 months).

Description of maintenance failure: If the capacity meets the warranty requirements after being fully charged at a temperature of above 10°C, the vehicle is covered by the warranty. Batteries are not in the warranty. If the battery is replaced, the remaining warranty period will be based on the original warranty period of the battery being replaced.

3 Controller & Charger

Warranty period: 12 months

Description of maintenance failure: Performance failures are guaranteed for failures that cannot be repaired, open welding, desoldering, breakage, deformation, etc. Damages caused by collisions, unauthorized modifications, and other artificial reasons are not covered by the warranty.

4 Electrical And Structural Components

① Frame, handlebars, front fork (steering gear, front shock absorber).

Warranty period: 6 months

Repair failure description: Warranty covers irreparable performance failures, cracks, desoldering, breakage, deformation, and other defects. Damage caused by impact, unauthorized modification, or other human error is not covered.

②Front wheel, tubeless tire, seat, flasher, horn, immobilizer, lock, display, handlebar, backrest, lamp, mirror, disc brake, drum brake.

Warranty period: 12 months

Description of maintenance failure:

1) Warranty covers quality problems such as natural cracking, wire breakage, bulges, and peeling inside the pneumatic tire. The damages caused by unauthorized modifications and other artificial reasons are not covered by the warranty.

2) Performance glitches cannot be fixed, open welding, desoldering, breakage, deformation, etc. Damages caused by collisions, unauthorized modifications, and other artificial reasons are not covered by the warranty.

1. During the warranty period, the customers can get in touch with our customer service staffs of CHASEWIN via email, telephone, or any other communication methods.

2. It is necessary to provide pictures or videos of the problematic parts so that we can evaluate the problems.

3. After receiving all informations we need, we will notify the technical department, and the technical department will guide the customers to repair.

4. Once the technical department agrees, we will send you replacement parts and assist you with warranty issues.


Note: CHASEWIN will not replace any parts without first seeing the photos or videos of the damaged products. Customers need to provide evidence to us via email.

If the products are damaged during in the shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the products and provide photos or video evidences via email at sales@chasewinev.com. We will actively resolve the issues. If you do not send us any inquiries regarding product damage within 7 days of receiving the product, we will not accept any shipping damage claims.
